100% agree, Ken. The writing is on the wall for traditional management and organisational culture. We need a more ‘activist’ approach to business writing on this issue. I imagine that professional journalists are writing for folks at the early stages of transition, in the main, and they’re sensitive to the concerns and anxieties of their audience. Nevertheless, we can’t go back to the 20th century — the only way is ahead. Shoulder to the wheel everyone. Now, push!
